We complete most repairs within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the device. For more complex repairs that require ordering parts, we keep you informed of the expected timeframe.
Diagnosis is charged according to the current price list if you decide against the repair or the repair is not possible. We only carry out the repair after you approve the quote, so no additional costs arise without your approval.
We provide a 6-month warranty on the completed repair and the parts we install. The warranty covers the repaired function and the parts installed.
Yes. We repair all brands and types of devices, both industrial and household, regardless of manufacturer.
You can drop the device off in person at Partizanska cesta 14 in Lenart, or send it by post or courier. We recommend calling us or filling in the form first so we can agree on the details.
